Story

Last year I took part in The Lake District 3 Peak Challenge with a small group of 24 amazing people.and this year Emily is attempting Scafell with the same group of people They have all been affected by Bowel Cancer in some form or other, either going through treatment currently, have been through treatment or have had a very close relative who has had Bowel Cancer To say we are proud to be included with these people would be a huge understatement. They are all absolutely 'smashing' this adventure with such a positive attitude we are totally blown away. Laura would be saying "Go on Dad and Em Do It !"
the smallest amount would be amazing - so once again a huge, huge thank you to you all. With your support we can do this .

Each year over 2600 young individuals are diagnosed with bowel cancer. Bowel cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the UK and accounts for the second highest number of cancer related deaths per year. We know that early detection and diagnosis is vital, and that bowel cancer is highly treatable and even curable if caught early.
The Bowel Movement seeks to educate people about the key signs and symptoms of bowel and colorectal cancers to ensure that every individual faced with bowel cancer has the best possible chance of survival.
